I sort of invented this but not really I just put some effort into thinking about them. Katie really likes them.

  • 6–8 French Bread roles (or a good thick bun of some sort that is sourdough based)
  • 1 package Jimmie Dean Sausage
  • Red/Green/Yellow Peppers
  • garlic
  • olive oil
  • salt pepper
  • your fav. zest up spice
  • pepperoni log (the type you make your own pizza with the big log)
  • green onions
  • mozzarella  or pepper-jack cheese

take all the spice garlic and oil and onions and cook up the garlic till just brown. add a little salt to make the water go out of the onions. then add the peppers. little more salt to make them sweat, while this is happening pepper your sausage and break it up a bit. and chop up the pepperoni into small cubes. add the sausage to the pan, when the peppers are browning. cook sausage for 10–15 mins or until the pink is starting to disappear. Then add your pepperoni. cook until the sausage is no longer pink.

cut your rolls and butter the top, put the sausage mix on the bottom, and put the cheese on top of the sausage mix, and broil in a oven till the cheese is melted and the buns arnt burnt. enjoy with a salad or some french fries.
