so with a delayed flight I was checking out new PaulDotCom notes and one thing I always like is hacking, and found this new tool called MDD for memory dumper, not new but nice set of tools for it. You can dump out the memory and then hack up and pull out passwords and other goodies, handy for virus work, forensics, or just plain old hacking Plugins MorePlugins

as I wait for my flight today in KCMO international – possibly the lamest international airport as they lock you in the gate and you cant walk around, the only food is from a crappy little cart. I got here early because I didn't wake up for the extra early flight home. of course my flight is booked because of people missing the early early flight due to the time change today. Which makes me pissed as that flight was empty.

So brings me to my current flight, my lovely company buys the cheapest crap tickets they can off ebay or whatever and then shoves me in a center seat. seriously wtf. So I ask to move to a isle,

sir that will be 39.99. well all we have is our extra-class seats left. United here is a google hit for united sucks. its only 130 for a first class upgrade why the hell would I pay 40 bucks for a crappy in front of the engine seat?

To get on to my airport security lameness, I fly quite regular normally once a month somewhere so I consider my self a veteran flyer – I do not take my liquids out of my bag EVER its a dumb security attempt to further make flying a pain. Something I have noticed lately when I arrive into security early or real late. People actually look at the security scan on the xray. If you fly normal times no one cares what you have in your bag I obviously fly with a TON of electronics only if I arrive into security in a slow time do people even give it a thought. Today I arrived extra early because I had nothing else to do…(hence the non nerdy blog) They gave me crap about my toothpaste and such telling me I need to take it out. I stared at him and said OK, then he said seriously you need to, I said well I will next time. No I wont. I will just let them take the time to search thru my dirty underware. and think to my self as he tells me “you know if you would have taken this out it would be a lot faster” no …no I dont think it would Im still stuck here, this way I at least get to air out my undies so they dont stink so bad when I get home.

I am eating dinner in denver international. First RANT ATT why the heck cant you get 3G working in a airport seriously that isnt even acceptable….

As I munch away on my burger I cant help but notice something funny, I only have a real fork. The spoon and knife are plastic. Why the spoon? Can I easily pry something with a spoon? and what is to stop me from bringing my own spoon thru security. sigh…

I recently put up blinds everywhere in the house, becasue of cupons we had I purchased blinds at Home Depot and Lowes. I thought I would review some of my findings.

Lowes, Had more selection on expensive blinds (fancy wood ones and other styles) However lowes cheap blinds SUCK! they are by far the cheapest binds out there. Lowes “cheap cut to fit” blinds however are cool they have the draw string in the back and close much better then the ones with the draw string in the middle.

Lowes cut to fit are also full aluminum hardware at the top this is much better then the plastic ones. However they are still cheap in places.

Home depot has better quality cheap ass blinds, however the cut to fit cheap ones are not as good as the lowes ones

Today I had some free time and got lost in Kansas City – I found this big ass mall which is empty its crazy to see all the property that is vacant. Seriously you cant really imagine the scale of this thing and then see it all empty with trash all over. Its surreal.

I have put in place a webcam – its to watch the new goats (see katie blog) and make sure they are still in the back yard. If I get time I will make this webcam have a better view.

I did some research today and figured it would be handy to note my references for monitoring email for a employee for security reasons. I was tired of looking thru posts about legality reasons why you shouldnt do this. I just read others email so I dont care. I just want to reference my blog when people need to BCC email of co-workers in the furture.

So we finally found the camera from the big move, but one thing is still bad. We had no batteries for the camera. So no flash. Seriously I tried every battery in the area and they were all dead, even the rechargables. So the images are lacking light but this is house photos 1.0 hope they will do for now.

1. Kleenex has TM the phrase “Let it out”. Does that mean that Charmin toilet paper cant use that phrase?

And also how many hits do you suppose the charmin page gets a month? They only make T.P. do they need a webpage??!

2. I saw a guy on the street today smoking a cigarette he also had a huge respirator on around his neck for construction work he was doing.

3.I went to home depot to change out some stuff, when I paid the lady asked for my drivers license she then asked me if this was my ID, yes, She then says I don't think so this doesn't look like you. You have no glasses and facial hair in this photo. I say “dno its mine” she then replies that she didn't think so because I was much much younger looking in the photograph. Hrm…
